Shipping Information

Once an order ships, we always send you an e-mail message with shipping and tracking information.

15-days Return Policy

• You can return your purchase for up to 15 days from the date the order was delivered to you. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

• When the return is the result of a IvyScientific.com's error we will assume all shipping charges. When the return is a consequence of you ordering the wrong products, you will assume all shipping charges plus 15% restocking fee.

• When a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly labeled as such in the product description.

• We will refund the money in the same method of payment you originally used.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
